This is your St. William of York PTO Welcome Handbook. It has been assembled for your reference and it contains all pertinent information regarding the PTO. Also available for your review is the PTO notebook, which is located in the School office. Contents include board-meeting minutes, PTO by-laws, PTO budget and PTO open meeting minutes. Please read through this information and then if you should have any questions, please feel free to contact any current board member.

Mission Statement

The mission of the St. William of York Catholic School PTO is to promote and enhance positive Catholic values within our school and family communities. This is achieved by working with the school administrator, faculty, administrative staff, parents/guardians and students to promote fund raising events that financially benefit the school. In addition, the PTO also plans extracurricular activities during the school day for students’ enjoyment and provides assistance and support for those within our school community.
